What is the cheapest college in Missouri for an Iowa resident

What is the cheapest college in Missouri for an Iowa resident?
I live in Pattonsburg, MO, but my legal address is in Leon, IA so I have to attend an Iowa school which I currently am online, but in order for me to complete my core classes (mainly Science & Lab) I have to be on campus which is in Cedar Rapids, IA (about 4 hours from where I live). My question is what school near me (I'm about an hour North of Kansas City) would be the cheapest to attend for an out-of-state student? My declared major is Medical Lab Tech

Will my kids lose their Missouri State discount for college if I move out of state

Will my kids lose their Missouri State discount for college if I move out of state?
I have two kids in college. Both have a discount because I live in Missouri. I lost my job and have been offered a job in another state. If I move, will they lose their discounts? Please, someone help me. I don't know where to look and I need to find out soon. Can you give me some proof? Something somewhere on a website must say that it's okay for me to move, right?

No, as long as they started when you lived there.
Answer 2 :
if it were me i'd call the school and just ask... that way you know for sure.
Answer 3 :
you have to call their schools, each school sets their own standards for residency, and for many schools, if the student is under 24, their residency is based on where their parents live. The only way to be sure is to call the school.
