Which college is more prestigious: Indiana University or University of Missouri-Columbia

Which college is more prestigious: Indiana University or University of Missouri-Columbia?
I want to major in healthcare management/public health field. I thought IU seemed more of a "public ivy" compared to MU adn has more healthcare opportunities. Does anyone have any opinions? I'm just trying to decide if Indiana University would be better than the University of Missouri
