What are some Missouri Driving Laws about out of state residents

What are some Missouri Driving Laws about out of state residents?
I'm going to Missouri for college but I'm from South Carolina. Does anyone know some of the differences between driving laws? Will I need to get a Missouri licence because I would be there over 30 days?

Nothing drastically different than South Carolina. I don't know if there is a headset law for mobile phones in SC, there isn't one in MO. As for getting a Missouri license, no, you do not need to, because it is a temporary residence.

Do any colleges in Missouri offer Irish as a class?
I would really like to learn Irish, however, I'm not good at teaching myself languages. I plan on attending college this fall, but have not picked one yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

umm Irish is not a language it refers to a group of people from Ireland. They speak english

Justin is an idiot. We do speak Irish in Ireland but English is our first langauge, mainly. I don't know if there are any in Missouri, or even in America as I live in Ireland and know nothing about American uni's lol sorry :( I just couldn't leave you with Justin's answer alone.
