Financial Aid for High School Student dual enrolling in College in Missouri

Financial Aid for High School Student dual enrolling in College in Missouri?
I am dual enrolling at St. Louis Community College and they told me that their financial aid program doesn't cover High school students who are dual enrolling. I wanted to know if there are any grants and/or scholarships that I could apply for. Thanks in advance.

Answer 1 :
No, there aren't any grants or scholarships until you've graduated high school or completed your GED. Generally, students who choose dual-enrollment will have to cover the cost with their own money.
Answer 2 :
lucky for you, taking a class at a community college costs less than the gas you'll burn (or the bus fare you'll pay) to get to the class and back for the whole semester.
