Being a junior at a Missouri high school, I've been looking for this exact same thing. From what I've seen, all the Universities of Missouri (Rolla, Colombia, Kansas City, etc) seem to be pretty affordable. It really depends on what loans you get and what scholarships you earn. For example, I scored a 31 on my ACT, which qualifies me to receive "Bright Flight"; something that gives me 1 to 2 thousand dollars a year if I attend a Missouri college. If I may say so, don't let price decide what college you go to. Pretty much anyone can get a loan so that they can attend whatever school they want; of course, you have to pay it back, but you should definitely go where you want, not where you can afford.
