Is it true that in some states of the US, you can go directly from high school to medical college?
One of my friends told me that you can skip the four years of pre med and go directly to medical school. I heard this is true especially for colleges in Missouri.

No, you can't do that. However, there are some 6-8 year long BS/MD programs. You still have to take the premed courses before starting the medical courses, but it combines the programs and makes them shorter. Missouri is the only 6-year one I know of, but there are a few 7 year ones.
